There They Go Again

Annie: "Coming and going. Coming and going. Coming and going. What is it with the people in this house. They are always coming and going. Can't they ever stay home?" Cookie: "That is always the way it is, Annie. People have things that they do. James and Mama are off to Boy Scout camp this morning. Valerie is going on a trip with a friend of hers. They will be gone until next Sunday."

Jackie: "Why can't we ever go, and who will FEED ME!?"
Cookie: "Master Man is going to stay home and make sure we get our food. Besides, Jackie, you go to go last time, remember? I wish I was going to scout camp. Mama is going to teach dog care like I did with her last March 22. This time she is taking a stuffed animal to teach it. I sure would like to go and help her, but no dogs are allowed at camp."

Jackie: "I am going to wait by the front door for them until they come back."

Cookie: "Well then, it will be a very long week.....it will be a long week without them anyway."
